- Q. Change of Address
A. You need to download a Change of Address Form, which needs to be completed and signed and then either faxed or posted back to the office. If you cannot print this form please notify the office and we will be happy
to fax or post one to you. A change of Address will not be amended over the phone.
- Q. New Bank Account or Change of Bank Account Details
A. To ensure that MIL does not accumulate more unclaimed dividends it is important to contact the office if you have changed your bank account details. Please complete a Change of Bank Account Form. MIL would like to change the payment of dividends to all shareholders to payment by direct credit. A remittance advice will be sent detailing the payment to your account.
This will benefit you by ensuring your money is received more quickly and eliminating the need for you to bank our cheques.
- Q. Can you receive dividends while living overseas?
A. Yes. You can receive dividends while living overseas. A Bank cheque will be sent to your overseas address. MIL cannot deposit a dividend payment into a foreign bank account.
- Q. How do you buy more shares?
A. If you are a current shareholder and wish to purchase more shares. You need to notify the office and we will put your details onto our "Buyers list" which we give to shareholders who are
wanting to sell their shares.
- Q. Can I sell my shares?
A. If you are wanting to sell your shares contact our office either by phone (07) 323 8146 or email info@maoriinvestments.co.nz and we will send you a list of shareholders wishing to purchase more shares.
- Q. How much do I sell my shares for?
A. The price of the sale of shares is between the Buyer and Seller
